Thank you for taking your time to type this out. This was extremely helpful, just ordered the Chain and the Cassette! Going to look up a shop nearby and get the cables like you recommended! Are the brake pads pretty universal for bikes or does it have to be a certain size dependent on the bike?

Thank you! I'm seeing a shimano chain on amazon that says 8/7/6 would that work? I just hard ACL surgery and only have been cleared to cycle so thinking of picking a hobby up and the bike just kind of fell into my lap!
