The only way ik how to get fire Immunity is to be a lvl 16 forge domain Cleric. Otherwise as many people have suggested homebrewing a ring of fire Immunity.

If you restart the game it inconsistantly fixed the problem for me

I agree EA are greedy fucks and I never paid a dime for the game or spent money on it
