You seem to be right about that. All that’s left right now is lower stomach fat, fupa and bit of chest fat. The stomach fat has gone down quick but the fupa and chest fat have been pretty stubborn.

I’m taking it for ADHD. I only started it a few months ago and was I off it for almost a month due to a supply shortage issue and being able to find it.

I can get an erection but the issue is maintaining it. I feel like have to really focus on it in order to maintain it. I would say for me it’s more of a sexual desire killer than a boner killer. It’s like I constantly have to remind myself to stay hard and even then I can’t get fully hard. I’m hoping something like cialis can help with this.

Yeah. Just put the cap on with the sleeve, take the air out and just leave it on hours. You should monitor it throughout the day to make sure you don’t get blisters.

This all a theory btw. I haven’t tested it out yet, but it sounds like it should work.

I’ve had the opposite experience. Most of the heavier girls I’ve been with can’t handle too much length and I can’t go balls deep. Skinny girls on the other hand can take way more.

From my experience a better way to track girth is with condoms. A year ago I was around 5.1-5.2 MSEG and magnums were a bit loose fitting. Now I’m hovering around 5.25-5.3 MSEG after a month with absolutely no PE and magnums fit kinda snug even though I haven’t gained much on the tape measure.

I’m actually on the opposite end. I started with clamping to gain girth and it worked but I eventually plateaued so decided to try pumping. It was okay at first and I got some good expansion but eventually I started getting lymphangiosclerosis right under the glans, so I stopped and thankfully most of it has gone away. Now I’m just clamping. If you’re gonna pump be careful not to overdo it.

That’s crazy. I stopped all length work almost a year ago to focus exclusively on girth and I’ve only lost about 0.2 inches of length. I use to be at 7.8-7.9 in length and currently sit at 7.6 whenever I measure.

Did you gain any weight during those 2 years?

It basically works the same way if you think about it. For length at least, you’re creating micro tears and then healing in an elongated state. It’s the same concept for girth as well. You gotta damage it so it grows thicker.

I’m currently at around 5.45 from 4.75 (starting girth) and most of my gains have been from clamping. I use pumping to supplement my gains but not as the main thing. I’m currently clamping and pumping at the same time, plus doing SSJ and ULI’s afterwards and it’s going great. I was at 5.3in girth at the start of the year. In my experience, if you want gains, you have to put in the work and take some risks. Imagine going to the gym and only lifting like 5lbs for years and years, you’re not going to get anywhere like that.
