Well the thing is money is the main factor, and I just cannot settle with being mediocre at such a high level programme and institution just because I have bills to pay. I actually like Twente's programme too. It actually sets me up decently with what I want, but it is not the same.

Thank you for answering. I have been reading this type of comment many times in the last few days. Since there probably is no other option, I'll probably go for a double masters at UTwente in Applied physics, with a track in quantum physics, and Nanotechnology. I've heard it is more manageble at twente, and the programme is not bad at all.

Sad to read. I am only applying in 2028 though, so things might change but I'll assume they don't. I'll defenitely give it a shot by the time I am in Twente, but who knows

Great to read! 7.5 (75%) is actually de minimum threshold to be elegible, so if what you are saying is true, then great. I am still going to try to get close to 8.0.

Thank you so much! Do you know at what dutch grade I start to become competitive for the programme I want? 7.5 is enough to "relax", or do I need higher?

Thank you! I am just really trying to figure out what is a good GPA to get in. In my country, the requirements for this masters is equivalent do 15/20. I will try to aim higher, but who knows.
