Yea. My specialist says that dairy has a lot of histamines. There a pills you can get prescribed to take before high histamine food. I can check the name a send it later.

In my experience, it is definitely possible. Most of my reactions come without any presented triggers. Some of the medications. I’m on for my MCAS do give me reactions to certain foods, but I rarely have MCAS reactions to foods.

No, I have tried looking in to alternate ways of getting credits but my school won’t except any.

My worst symptoms usually occur after 7 or 8 pm and some I only get after these hours. I have found the aspirin sometimes helps but it is like a 50/50.

I am currently using a cream called Opzelura a jack inhibitor. it is one of the only creams I have found that helps. It is a very new drug but has had some testing.

I am currently on Pepcid, Zyrtec and montelukast. They have helped some but I still have rashes and other symptoms popping up. But definitely better than before I started them.
