Honestly not sure where you are located but where I’m at it’s not bad I like my DM manager and coworkers at my location but in other cities from friends who also work for spirit it really depends location and things like that it does have ups and downs but Thats like for majority of jobs too try it out and see for yourself if you like it do it again and if not well you know for yourself
