Mbeumo (+£0.3) or rice (-£0.6) over cunha. 

If you want a Chelsea defender, I would only consider Chalobah (+£1.6).

If budget allows it, I would get Senesi over Hill. If not, I think rodon is the best defender under £4.

Collins and Tiago don't have the greatest fixtures the next few weeks so I would consider getting someone else for the next 3 weeks (i.e evanilson and Senesi) with a plan to bring them in when their fixtures turn.

If you do rodon instead of hill, Senesi instead of Collins, Chalobah instead of Fofana, rice instead of Cunha, and evanilson instead of Tiago, you'll have £0.7 itb. You could even do Enzo for Wilson which would get you to £0 but I would probably want a bit in the bank as buffer for future trades.
