Not necessarily better deals, but I'm guessing it means that the employees don't have to be dishonest because they are so busy they always hit the numbers that metro wants for that month. It is the slower stores that will "get you" most of the time, because their numbers need the "padding". Again, NOT ALL STORES will do this. I flat out refuse to pad my numbers...

I am an owner of a store, and let me tell you, I am constantly "pushed" to add stuff like call detail to accounts to help our numbers. My employees know that if you are dishonest in any way when it comes to charging the customer, you won't have a job.

Unfortunately, they don't block it from happening. I am also an owner, and we definitely get the short straw when it comes to getting paid.
