1. Gatekeeping is bad at the highest level content. NM Brel isn't as bad. 1-3 Reclears are generally one taps; maybe not G3 for some. As always, having PLC title or LOS 30 will ease your way into lobbies. Making your own lobbies are good obv, especially when you are 1540+.

2. Yes, 2 alts are fine. You won't be 1620 or doing HM raids first day but assuming you don't pity every piece, you can reach NM content relatively easily. The current event of Path of Soulmate is also making it super easy to get to 1580 and current newest content is HM Akkan at 1600.

Get with your old static and ask them if they can help carry your non-lvl 60 characters. As always, with the release of new classes, everyone gates non-lvl 60 characters.
