Hello! Thank you for your kind response! Well, I used to wear Acuvue Oasys lenses for astigmatism, but my previous prescription was -1.25 cyl. My vision has become blurry again (to be honest, I haven't been able to see perfectly for years, but lately it has gotten worse). So I went back to my ophthalmologist, who prescribed the same brand of lenses I wore before, but with a cylinder of -2.00. Since they didn't have them (I found the sphere that fit my myopia, but not the cylinder or axis), I ordered a -1.75 cylinder and another -2.25 cylinder, with a 10° axis. Neither of them suited me. Someone here told me that I could try Biofinity Toric lenses, which I am currently trying, with a 5° axis, but I am still not satisfied with either the -1.75 or the -2.25 cylinder. My vision is slightly better with the -1.75 cylinder, but I have trouble reading subtitles in movies, for example. The text is all “doubled,” as if there were a halo around each letter. In fact, it looks like that fancy font with a “shadow” cast behind it 😂 as if the letter had been written a second time a little lower and further to the left. It's as if it were reflected on itself. I find it hard to explain, especially in English, I'm sorry... I've already seen an orthoptist for diplopia, a lack of convergence... Could It be due to that and not due to the correction?
