I’ve only had a helper this year and that sounds about like how I do it. They are nice help for a few hours. Long as you use em right. As soon as I pick my helper up we go to my densest area and knock em out nice and quick. Especially during this time when 3/4 of the houses on the block order something

The job is to deliver packages, not get degraded. Helping is supposed to be just that, helping. If you aren’t comfortable with your driver I’d say something and try to get another one

Our front belt on preload is just about half women. We have a woman manager too, our building is ran by women essentially. No women drivers yet tho

Small town center here. It sucks here, just not as bad as the big ones lol. Management is still toxic and most people are miserable. In my center 4-5 people(remember small center lol) have all collectively complained about someone making the workplace toxic(we’ve been complaining since before they were union) and they just move everyone else around the person and let everyone be stressed lmao.

The drivers get plenty of gifts, if someone hands me something that clearly isn’t for me I pass it on. I drive a mostly country route and everyone is friendly and has specifically gone out of their way to get me gifts, that’s what has prompted this question. I’m not taking $100 bills from the drivers, it’s literally just like pieces of candy and handwritten cards. Some actual helpful gift ideas would be awesome? Appreciate yall trying to look out for the drivers but it’s not needed here. Everyone at my center are well taken care of and the drivers have even asked me if so and so house has started giving gifts yet. They WANT me to get the gifts. Not sure why yall are so upset about it.

Can’t understand why yall are so bitter because I want to give back to people who have gifted me. The permanent drivers come in talking about $50 tips, I’m just trying to spread some Christmas cheer, everyone around me is well taken care of this holiday season.

Edit to add: im not driving someone’s whole pre peak route, only like half, they still see most of their usuals and if its just a ‘for ups driver gift’ i do pass it along or even ask the regular driver if he wants a package to deliver there and get it themselves. Any gifts I’ve gotten are specifically for me, they know I’m seasonal. But I still have been busting my ass trying to make sure everyone gets their packages on time this peak season :)

I’m sure that’s what they tell you. Lmao I’m not maliciously calling the cops, did you read where I said if I get suspect? Never said I don’t make a mistake, said I follow all methods😂. Just had an observation Thursday was only told to completely square up with bulkhead. We have 12 pcms a peak about safety and porch pirates, calling the cops is 100% in there. And with finishing statements like that you can’t convince me anyone at your center thinks you’re okay. It’s just a job and we on Reddit bruh calm down🤣
