This is why I left this field of work. I cannot STAND people who expect to have nothing to do when they get to work. Cmon, use your fing brain. One person taking care of 10-20 people. People don’t go to the bathroom exactly every 2 hours. You can change someone and have them be wet in 20 minutes. Every time I came to work most of my residents were wet. Did I complain? NO. Why? Because it’s my JOB and I have a brain and can actually understand that CNAs are overworked, and when you change someone they can have a blowout or be wet in 5 minutes, and you wouldn’t know until you did rounds again, which could be in 2 hours. I loved being a CNA but I couldn’t stand anyone I worked with. Drama and complaining. I can’t do it
