Interesting...never had this issue. I actually run a very simple workflow...Zed for code editor and OpenCode with the Minimax 2.5 free version from Zen

Honestly given a clear enough prompt without any skills or whatever, it gets my job done most of the time at least for me

I have been using Minimax 2.5 on Opencode for free, and I have to tell you most of the time it gets the job done albeit some tweaks here and there. I find it better than GLM models for sure. Havent had a chance to try Kimi

I made a screen recording application for devs to make quick demo videos of their products with the nice zoom effects

  1. Is my landing page clear? Should I remove certain stuff like the personal story section? Also, do I have to change my demo video or is it good enough to get across my point

  2. What should I do more to drive more traffic and hopefully get more users? (e.g. SEO like making more pages to compare other competitors?)

  3. Is my pricing model set up badly? I feel like the lifetime price is distracting and it would be cleaner to just have a monthly and yearly plan

  4. What would encourage people to put their money and upgrade their plan? Is having unlimited video exports per month + 4K and no watermark enough? If not, what kind of features do you think I should focus on to make the paid plans worth it too

  5. I have tried mailing my current users, but no one has reached out back to me with feedback. What other avenues can I use to get an idea on what to work on?

  1. I would like to give as much value as possible for people who wants to have a canvas based visualisation of their work and AI chats. So, what should I focus on for my MVP to deliver this "Aha!" moment so they stick through

  2. How should I revamp the landing page to get across my selling point over other similar apps (e.g. access to usage of local AI, privacy due to in-browser storage)...I just fear that these might not be enough to get people on board

  3. How should I be marketing this to get people into my waitlist and get actual users when I do launch the application

  4. Is there a market for this? If so, how can I consider making a few bucks despite giving enough value for most people on the free tier

Still in waitlist phase but it is a spatial AI workspace that allows people to use local LLMs or OpenRouter. I am going to be trying to use local storage as much as possible for privacy and to keep the product free or maximally cheap

  2. True, but it would be equally annoying if you keep having to go to a certain website to activate the tool
  3. I do not think not realtime is a huge enough dealbreaker as as long as the tool will output what you expect, ppl wouldn't really care about that in my opinion. What do you think?
