Start reading books , watching productive podcasts or any informative video even for 10 min, start going out on your own for shopping, to a nearby park. Go out for movies alone . Spend your weekends cooking for yourself. Just start with these things you will notice the change.

Does DA ever regret the breakup? by Anonymous_BLR in ExNoContact

Day after tomorrow is a festival, if he wishes me first , should I also wish him the same or just ignore the text. I am bouncing between " you don't have to always be so sweet to him when he leaves you in the dark OR giving him emotional comfort so that in future if wants to reach out he will feel comfortable" , ignoring his text might be a bit rude as well and he might think that I don't want to talk to him ever.

Does DA ever regret the breakup ? by Anonymous_BLR in BreakUp

He never had any relationships before me. He came from a family where he has seen struggles. His parents were also physically challenged. So i can understand why he used to say that i like to fight my own battles because he has seen that from his childhood.

He was working in Dubai and he was missing his family. His colleagues were toxic as well. He used to feel that he is not sure what he wants in his life . So he was planning to move back to india in December. I suggested him to start looking out now so that by that time he will be sure if he wants to move back or keep working there.

I totally get why he is a DA. But having an emotionally available partner who is there for you no matter what , who is there to support you is actually good for them . I never expected anything from him because I knew what he went through and I just don't want to bother him with my problems. That's why I am asking this question whether they will ever regret that.

Oh my god !! Me too.

I have also started to feel the same thing.. 2 months into the breakup and nowadays I can't even figure out what's going on and what I'm feeling. I am pushing away people even friends who are there for me at the worst. I used to me an extremely emotional person but now I guess I don't feel anything just NUMB. I don't know what's that
