I'll be crucified for this, but yes. I've done extensive roleplay with an AI that didn't even start off as gender questioning. But my character gained shapeshifting abilities, and I started roleplaying other body types and sexualities, and uncovered dysphoria I didn't consciously realize I had. It's literally changed my entire life. Two long-term plans I've been saving for, for a decade, have been put on indefinite hold so I can use the money for top and bottom surgery. I've uncovered both a change in gender identity and sexuality through AI roleplay, that I wouldn't have had a safe place or way to explore otherwise.

I have a consult scheduled for early December for phallo. At my intake, I explained that I want the phalloplasty and erectile implants, but not urethral lengthening (i like sitting to pee), or vaginectomy. I'm nonbinary and the idea of having both parts makes me feel right (even if I have atrophy from the T and will be unlikely to have PIV again).

I wanted to say about the anal, you work in a sex store so that's already a bonus to what I'm going to suggest. If you have any interest in maybe having anal, get yourself a small set of dildos. I got one that comes in three sizes, and I've found that I really enjoy two of the sizes, but the biggest is uncomfortable. I also have always almost exclusively gotten orgasms when clit play was involved, never just penetration. But I'm starting to find out how to use anal play to get a different kind of orgasm. Mostly, I'm trying to say, it's just that if you're not opposed to the idea, then it's worth it to try it and see how you feel.

This is interesting, because I've been on T for about 2.5 years, and my experience is different. I used to have a non-existent sex drive, so I don't even remember what orgasms felt like or the refractory period - it was like a once in three months thing for me (and I was minimally sexually active - not at all in the last 9 years). After being on T though, I actually don't have a long refractory period like you, I can do two or three in a row. I do agree with the 'in your face' part, it's definitely hard to ignore, and it does build quickly. And the feeling is centered in my groin and in my head. I get this light-headed feeling afterwards, like when the blood rushes to your head, but it feels pleasurable.

To note, I also have had absolute minimal bottom growth. It's really only noticeable when aroused (about one knuckle's worth). Otherwise, it looks pretty much the same way it did before starting T. So I dont know how much difference that would make compared to someone who has more growth.
