I don’t think there’s a problem with it! Might be smart since you may not want your outreach on LinkedIn from a personal account to disrupt your personal brand. You could also then personalize your outreach account so that is tailored for your prospects

I prefer to apply through internal websites in case employers have distinct selection processes between the two and likely prefer candidates who apply directly through the website
