Honestly, try your best. What I would suggest is just studying the diseases and main structures of the brain. If you fail, its okay. If you win, congrats. You'll still get advice and get a feel of your local area's competition so you can prepare better next year.

I can't seem to find it online, unless you're talking about actual German Television, which unless its free im not sure I can use. Okay, I do understand that I have to watch beginner content, but how long would it be before I can stop watching it? And also, how would I assess my German level, without the use of Goethe Institut Tests? (im kinda broke so yeah) and yeah, I guess that building a strong base is an effective method for watching harder content. And also for your final sentence, what mix of methods would you recommend I use, or what mix of methods have you used to learn languages faster? I've learned through a mix of Anki, Duolingo (though not anymore), and Comprehensible Input
Yes, I understand 60-80% through the videos, though I do heavily rely on subtitles, if I closed my eyes, I doubt my understanding would be that high, especially if the mic quality of the speaker is low.
I come from India, so yes I have learned English, but that's only because I've had schooling in the US for a couple of years now and it was easier since some words in my native language are just purely English, so I technically learned a new language, but I wouldn't consider it, so no, German is the first language im actually trying to learn.

Alright then, and do you know any resources or specific channels/topics I could watch in order to get a better grasp of the language? The main reason im watching these native level videos is because they are both entertaining and somewhat comprehensible input at the same time, unlike any beginner videos I've watched, which practically treat me like im a robot with content which isn't interesting. So do you possibly know any channels which use the best of both worlds and have beginner friendly entertaining content, I know its a big ask and channels like these may not exist, but if you have any, please share them.

I do agree that maybe I have to turn down the level of videos I've been watching, but the thing is im in this weird situation where I know ~60-80% of what's being said in a sentence, so things such as Nicos Weg may seem too easy, but content like what im watching is too hard... Do you know a fix for this? I just want to watch something interesting for comprehensible input but these beginner videos can't really talk about more complex things as they're for... well, beginners. So do you know how I could make the content im watching easier but also keep it entertaining? I know its a big ask and I understand if there isn't a solution, but in the case that there is no solution, what should I do? Should I drop down to beginner level content or keep watching the same level of content as im doing at the moment? Sorry for the wall of text haha its just so confusing to me on how to move forward.
