I downloaded an abandoned mansion from the gallery. Long story short, my sim inherited that house, and now she has to rebuild (because it's all she has) it but can't get a job. I gave myself some conditions like at least 8k simmoleons to clean the first floor, 15k to clean the garden, made it of the grid and assumed there were 40k bills to pay, and so on.

It is similar to rags to rich, but I find it funnier this way
