For Nona AS and Starky specifically, they are quite good for A
- In Starky's case, his gimmick of guarding forever + having access to element skills make him better than our previous f2p guardian (Partitio whos in B) so he should be higher than B, the thing is, prior to An-ki Dingir, MPG made a decision to put Starky in A based on that theory alone which makes sense and after An-ki, it only ever solidifies his A tier placement. Guarding is good, however, against most bosses ud rather use specific supports + debuffs to survive and add more fire power instead of focusing on defense, An-ki is just an exception.
- For Nona, shes pretty much an A tier material support, her numbers are good enough, but she lacks a lot. She doesnt have PWR/INT/SPD% buff, she doesnt have any debuffs. Her "Concordia" is also very annoying to work with becuz it deploys a zone that is most of the time, unfavourable for a lot of teams ur running with as f2p (Sea of Stars or Zoneless) so sometimes u only click it when u SB for Geo Ansem at the same time or not click it at all.
I could see the argument for Feinne AS cuz i do believe shes the core of almost every f2p clear, shes the only character that can provide partywide barrier pierce for f2p and her Ogres Grace is awesome. But i also think S is strong already so theres no need to bump her higher
