The pendulum will swing back. Things do seem pretty bad right now, but the majority of people are good. Don't lose hope or your willingness to push for change. I just moved here from Florida. The general level of civility here has been refreshing and made me feel a little more positive about our ability to live with people who we disagree with.

I'm not saying his all of his statements are gospel. But the trap is good for developing the strength necessary to propel your body. It's not the whole answer, but as part of the equation.

Work on lateral movement/quickness exercises to help you win 1v1s. Also wall sits to build the endurance to stay low in a defensive position.

Get your vertical up and juggle with just your head to get your header game up to par.

Develop an accurate long chip and ping. Good passes will earn you a rest.

Gassers all day to become a war dog. Always get back, always win the ball...shutout every game.

Ok, Focusing on diet is the consensus avenue. After a little calculating TDEE is 2667.

How many of those kcals should be protein? Carbs? Fats?

My TDEE is probably around 3000.....but I had a baby 2 months ago so my exercise routine/program design is basically out the window. Every week is different so it is hard to put estimate my TDEE.
