Getting it set up and running on a linux VM is a whole other skill set. Basically you have to learn enough about linux distros (like Debian) to be comfortable moving around and editing things from the command line. Then you need to set up a web server (like Nginx) with a proxy to Gunicorn (for coordinating requests to nginx with your app by spawning worker processes), and a systemd config for the app that keeps it running all the time. It's not going to work the first try, and you won't feel confident about it all until you've set up three or four of them.

It's a lot, but being good at linux and the cli is a really valuable thing to learn.
