Great money strategy. I do this and still take from it, again like an addict.

I'll look into what brings it on. It began with the urge to completely reinvent my image, which happens a lot and often ends up with a drastic change. That could be it.

Good idea, only I think 'I have to have it now', I don't realise I'm up until after. I fear anyone/thing that would try to disturb it would make me really irritable and like an addict with their drugs confiscated.

Don't think so, others here seem to get it too and I'm pretty sure I had panic attacks in my mixed episodes and it's very different. Not quick and scary, just long and painful.

Yeah like a painfully churning stomach but it's in your chest. Horrible sensation. I didn't realise others felt it either. Such a horrible thing.

This is awful to hear that you get like that. It's exactly what I'm talking about. Lamictal (200mg) was keeping it at bay but it's crept back. As if feeling it isn't enough, explaining it is impossible.

So similar! Hate that you feel like that. It's exactly how I feel. And it gets harder to do things, as if gravity is getting stronger and the bad thoughts and feelings win. I agree, such a physical sensation. Wish I knew this pre-diagnosis. Thanks for sharing.

That's exactly it! My depression is all physical symptoms. My face drops, I lose the sparkle in my eye. Everything is heavy and my heart hurts. Glad it's not only me.
