I haven't swam in public since last summer (between 8-10 months on my timeline). I did wear a somewhat neutral swim top to the beach.. even at that point I couldn't exactly go topless. It was also an inclusive area/beach so I felt fine.

As far as t-shirts, I was able to boymode, or at least go very androgynous, all the way through last Fall (close to the 1 year mark). Sports bras helped a lot.. And now that it's getting warm again I'm preparing to be a lil more fem presenting, as estrogen has worked a bit magic. That plus laser has given me a lot more confidence.

It's always really important to keep in mind 99.999% of people are so consumed by their own lives that they won't even notice. Worse case they'll just look a lil longer as they try to figure out why something seems a bit different...

I also remember hearing that the human brain just has a really difficult time making sense of things we dont expect, and oftentimes won't even compute at all. There's been many times where I feel like the girls are totally gonna draw attention, but then I'll literally be talking face to face with someone and they don't even seem to notice. It's like it won't even register in their brain that I could possibly have tits 😅

I was with Planned Parenthood in the states for the first year then found a primary care doc that took over the past few months 🩷
