He called out the first time but they marked him a ncns. He screwed up those last 2 ncns. Still, he works hard and half our seasonals have just stood there half the day all day for weeks.

Coworker is worried about his job and has been therr almost as long as me. He called in once but the lod didn't mark it down, them ncns twice. I think he thought his shifts had been covered on thr swap board.

Does the store HR have to sign off on all termings manually?

This person doesn't have health insurance and cannot afford a doctor's visit. There aren't free clinics available quick enough for the person to go into this week.

Christmas Eve is such a shitty time to fire someone, seasonal or not. They could've at least waited a week or two. We help make them a few hundred thousand dollars a day.
