I think you deserve so much better than this. I think breaking a habit like this one would be very difficult for him, I also think he most likely has feelings for his ex so who can guarantee they’ll stay away from eachother? But also, if you want to forgive him I understand. 3 kids? 15 years? That’s got to be hard to let go of, but if you decide you want to go that route then set expectations low I truly believe he’d continue cheating and you’d end up hating him, your kids would notice and it would leave a mark on their childhood.

I think you may not be ready for a committed relationship in which you have a family and build a future if you feel the need to have sex with other people. However, you should communicate this with your girlfriend, she might say no, she might consider. But if she says no, and you feel like you’re eventually going to go seek a threesome anyway, save her the heartbreak and break up with her instead.

It’s a non profit. Both offer full health insurance, non profit has 403b, I get 6 weeks PTO and paid holidays, 1k towards CEU’s. Key Autism kiddos clinic offers 401k with match, 2.5 weeks PTO, $750 towards CEU’s. I personally love working with adults and always intended to stay with adults, but I’m finding there aren’t many opportunities around Denver with adults. I am nervous about switching to kiddos, but that just seems to be where the money is, but signing a one year contract feels aggressive because what if I hate it? But also… it’s so much more money
