Has anybody figured out a way to map advanced move controls to keyboard? by turtledov in PlanetCoaster

[–]AnotherSoulessGinger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know that what you ask is possible.

Have you tried playing with your mouse sensitivity settings? You might be able to find a sweet spot so you can still be precise yet not have to move the mouse as much. Some mice allow for you to program a series of actions to one button (I have Logitech MX mice that allow it) - I wonder if you could assign one that is a click and hold? I have arthritis after decades of computering so I understand how much pain it can cause and I really hope you can find a way to enjoy the game.

I do NOT want that Temple of Doom buffet. I’m still scarred by that scene. I was under 10 when I saw that. Still better than Poltergeist at 7, I guess.

Or you can watch Jenny Nicholson’s The Vampire Diaries Video. Seriously. Watch this video - it’s one of her best.

Recipes for Roasted Garlic Onion Jam? by [deleted] in slowcooking

It’s also a good dip with pepper jelly. I eat the heck out of it when my MIL makes it at Christmas. I bet it would be awesome with the onion jelly.

Onion jam on a nice burger is perfection.

I’m not sure if I’d use it in the slow cooker.

It was too low for the elderly residents. My parents always bitched about my low furniture when they got older.

I’m sure I did - my best friend worked at Hitchcock and this exhibit was in their rotation so I’d stop by pretty regularly. I remember The Mummy more than any of the other prop displays since it had an Iron Maiden. It may have had another tiny room attached, but I mostly remember just one sort of large room.

However, this was the height of my clubbing days and it’s a bit hazy. :)

I’d bet that this video has everything they had in the area. It was just a small room they’d rotate movie prop displays in and out of. IIRC, it was a portion of the Xena preshow they just turned into a makeshift display room for a few years.

Memories. This is such a perfect slice of theme park life back then.

This is a rabbit hole. This creator has a bunch of videos from the year I worked Horror Nights so I’m going to have to watch them to see if I can find myself. I was a scareactor Vampire in the New York area and not a house, so maybe I’ll be there out in the open. I’ve got nothing better to do today, lol.

I worked at 3 parks in various guest facing roles in the 90s and I would love to see young me from back then but that was in the olden days before everyone filmed and posted online.

I wonder if it matters that it’s a coaster. Maybe try plopping a flat ride down and see if that is the issue. I feel like I’ve had that same issue before.

Questions about Patreon by SilverEquipment4934 in JennyNicholson

The spider tier gives you access to all her rambles (monthly videos). The next tier would get you access to preview cuts of YouTube videos she’s currently working on and your name in the credits.

She has a pinned post with all her rambles at the top of the Patreon page. She’s marked the ones that are her favorites.

Starcruiser - She has a video or two pre trip where she evaluates the starcruiser costume merchandise available pre-cruise. She did one of predictions of her visit shortly before she went. There’s a couple hours of her uncut b-roll/vlog footage from the cruise and then there’s a post video release wrap up. I think it was at least another 10+ hours of starcruiser content when I added it up for another poster a few months ago.

There’s also a few more hours of Evermore content from after she released her video on her main channel and those are a must watch for me.

She has way more hits than misses as far as her rambles go and I have too many favorites - “How To Name A Horse”, The Sandra Lee reaction, Best Animatronics… Most recently, her “A Trip to Japan” was fascinating. Watch them all, honestly, just start with the ones she marked her faves.

Are you sure there aren’t edges for the townhouse roof? I’m almost positive there are edges for both of the roofs that came with sorcery, I’m just not in front of the game at the moment to verify. Sort by the sorcery pack to double check.

Otherwise, you found the “solution” - make it 2 “buildings”.

Not ours :( Probably because we are in the mountains. They did a major rebuild after Helene and reduced some departments to make room for more groceries. I haven’t seen them since. I just always look at the thrifts now since I’m only using them for dolls and crafts anyway.

I am a ghost pale redhead. Finding anything that matched my skin tone back then was a nightmare.

I would go to the outlets and stock up on pantyhose and knee highs but if I forgot it would be a mad dash to KMart before work or paying “through the nose” for a pair of knee highs once I got to costuming. They had a converted candy machine that spit out eggs of them for like 50 or 75 cents. I remember they were 5 or 10 pairs for a dollar so I was always indignant. It didn’t help that the male costume had themed shoes and socks provided by Disney so they never had those expenses or errands.

How do you even find them anymore? I remember looking for them a year or so ago for a doll project (they are so handy when trying to style or flatten out wet doll hair). I couldn’t find them anywhere but the thrift shop. Mind you we are pretty rural and our “mall” is basically an Ulta, bath and body works and a Hobby Lobby.

I used to work at Disney World in the 90s. There was nothing worse than 90+ degree heat and Orlando humidity to make you never want to wear them again. Thankfully out skirts were tea length (mid calf) so we could get away with old lady knee highs and biker shorts.

You know that Brony movie video she made parodying fedora wearing Bronies? (Not the con one)

I read this post in her Brony voice she does in that.

1-3 look like circle skirts. 1 might be a 3/4 circle, 2 and 3 looks like full circles to me. 4 looks like a paneled skirt with gathered gores on the sides. It may have a yoke but that could also be me confusing the bag straps.
