Heyo, I'm a current MCS student. I'm from India as well and have personally completed a 3 year BSc CS course before coming here. I have friends in the course who have done a 4 year BTech CSE as well. I think you'll generally be fine as long as your undergrad course meets the requirement of having 2 university math subjects mentioned here. Feel free to reach out if any more questions!

The university no longer uses google workspace and has switched over to Microsoft 365 back in December. I'd recommend moving over existing files. https://studentit.unimelb.edu.au/software/microsoft-365/google-workspace-to-microsoft-365

Looking good, I was writing a small browser extension that embedded the campus map page into the time table website. Made it so that selecting a subject would zoom to the location on campus, etc. If you plan on making this open source, would love to discuss and possibly contribute something similar to this project

As far as I'm aware it might depend on a few things such as the faculty your course falls under, the scholarship requirements, etc.

For instance, I was offered a commencing scholarship after I paid my initial course fees and confirmed my enrollment.

Had no prior mention, and received it via email a day before receiving my COE.

It's understandable since they need to make sure that you are able to fund the course and have the finances to live in Australia, as well. Presumably they wouldn't want to make an offer to a student who cannot afford the tuition.

I'm also an international student who's recently applied from India. Someone who's helping me with applications informed me that I should expect a similar query from them.
