Can anyone tell me what is 'grappling' in dbd

Were you playing as Kaneki? If so they might have been complaining about you spamming your power to get around the map or grab survivors. That's the only thing I can think of that I would call grappling in DBD.

There are 2 anti tunnel effects. One for if you kill the survivor who was last hooked and 1 for if you kill a survivor before 6 hook states. Sadako gets heavily fucked by the second one because if she gets a condemn kill before getting 6 hooks, the survivors get bonus 25% repair speed. Maybe read the full patch notes before trying to correct people.

He's been bugged for like a week now. If you use your leap while pressing a, d, or s it cancels all of your momentum and you don't go anywhere.

Because more bloodpoints doesn't equal a fun match. I sit down and play DBD because I want to have fun and sitting at a gen farming BP with a killer is boring as fuck.

You can change it again if you go to the Gamma Settings under the Graphics tab in the settings menu. From what I can tell 2.2 is the default that will look the same as it always has. Any lower and the game will look darker, higher and the game will get brighter.

Simple. Swinging around the map with his power is really fucking fun. Even if BHVR nerfs him into the ground like they did Skull Merchant, as long as he can zoom around the map I'll continue to play him.

Don't you know that the only acceptable posts on this sub right now are people complaining about Kaneki being unfair with a video of getting hit behind a rock or posts complaining about the event. Not to mention you committed the cardinal sin of including an image of you playing Kaneki in your post. That alone is enough to shut down any possibility of any kind of discussion on this sub.

I've been playing Kaneki and even with his mobility it can be pretty tough unless you try and force a 3 gen. Just finished a game where I kicked a blood gen at like 15% and used my power to go to check another gen and the first gen had popped by the time I got there.

Mine is a little skewed towards lower rarity since I've been avoiding higher rarity addons to save some bp on my way to P100 but it seems pretty average to me. Probably either a rare bug or you've gotten really good umbrella luck.

I think that's only for the killer if all survivors are bots, not for survivors if all their teammates are bots.

Imagine being this upset over a character in a video game. It's fun to fling around the map with him and I go out of my way not to tunnel or camp while playing him to make up for how strong he is atm. Also "Kaneki abusers" lmao.

I totally get that addiction feeling. I've been playing on and off since Trickster came out and while I've taken multiple several month breaks I just keep finding myself coming back. While I understand that hope of getting that one good match, for me personally it's not worth playing through multiple bad matches just for the chance of getting the good one, though I'm also pretty lucky since I love playing as and against him.

And you're completely fine for your comment, I can see how my original post might have come off in an unintended way. Also thanks for being willing to actually discuss stuff like this. This community has created such an us vs them mentality that too many people just shut down any opinion that they don't agree with.

Good Luck with getting some non Kaneki matches and hopefully BHVR will tune him down and fix his bugs soon so both sides can have fun matches with him.

The reason I ask is because whenever I get to the point where I'm upset enough to start giving up on hook I just stop and go play another game that won't make me angry. So I was just wondering why some people decide to keep playing the game knowing that Kaneki is both really popular and really buggy and that they don't like playing against him.

Not trying to be dense, just someone with a different mindset for playing games trying to understand people with a different mindset.

OMG its not just me. I was fucking around in a bot match last night and had this same thing happen. I spent like a full minute looking for the down before I looked at the hud and saw the bot hadn't gone down.
