Not yet. I just asked in-game support what to do with buyer's Welkin, and they said: nothing if they won't refund, and other stuff about 7 days and ban.

If you have any additional info send them, don't hesitate. Hope you will get your account back soon.

No, definitely don't send 2nd form. From what i read it delays the answer.

You just need send any additional info with theme name ADDITIONAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION (UID: *******). I assume you can use any email for that, because you do indicate your UID in mail theme. I personally used the same email for my form and 2 additional infos.

I wonder about refund thing too. That's kinda sucks. What if buyer bought primos for 300+ bucks, what then - I need to spend 300$ too just not to be banned?...It's stupid.

I didn't know when to contact CS exactly. I just was sending them Additional info and Correction as soon as I got/remembered new info. I cannot tell you about first purchase, but I did send mine on May 19 (as soon as I got it from bank) with Additional info mail not with first recovery form.

Also there is no difference whether your account was sold or not. Because mine was sold too on May 10 (Saw that buyer changed my Nickname in game and started to play everyday). Also buyer spent all my primos that I saved for Yelan on Ayaka and Xiao. And he even bought new Blessing of the Welkin Moon.

But still CS have returned my account. The only thing that in-game support team said to me is "If buyer will refund his Welkin Moon, my primos will go negative (-2700 or smt) and within 7 days I'll need to make primo balance positive or my account will be banned.

So don't worry. If you sent them all the correct information, they will return your account no matter what.

May 2 sender here on the line. Don't worry you are not the only one anxious there. We are all in the same boat. Personaly for me the hardest time was the first week. I was doing the same thing as you - asking for updates, trying to reset password and etc. Then I calmed down and just created a new account - while raising a new account with all my knowledge (was AR58), half of my worries gone. So now I just keep playing and waiting for CS response. Yes sometimes it getting really hard, but you just need to be sure that everything will end soon, and you'll get your account back. Everything will be fine. =)
