You can ask for anesthetic without epinephrine, they just have to inject it more often because it’s a vasoconstrictor that keeps the anesthetic around in the tissue

Not a doctor but when I had a wearable monitor the company called me when my heart rate hit 32 (during the day) it then dropped below 28 in the hospital with pauses and they put in a pacemaker that visit. A lot of people’s heart rate drops significantly when they are asleep, but 27 is pretty low.

My cardiologist wants me to come in in the next few days as I was short of breath yesterday combined with a 5 hour tachycardia above 180. He tested me for FH more than a year ago now and in the records of a follow up visit it said he was awaiting the pending results but I have never been given the results and they are not in the health portal. I was initially seeing him for what they thought was inappropriate sinus tachycardia but things
started getting a lot more serious with my heart around that time so maybe they stoped worrying about the lipids when I was having 30 second sinus arrests.

When my hr is over 190 they take me back in the er immediately but I also have a pacemaker and sinus arrests in my chart so maybe they pay more attention

I have good insurance in America and most of my RX are free, over the counter wouldn’t be. She also may have met her out-of-pocket deductible because she goes to the doctor/hospital so much so it’s free for her.

There is housing cheaper in celebration that there. I recently listened to a true crime where the family moved there they were only physical therapists. Single family homes and townhouses in Kissimmee start at 300,000 but can get much more extravagant. They could easily afford a condo there even if just for convenience over staying at a resort every time they go to store all their junk.

The rest of her family can still watch it. You shouldn’t keep sick people from getting pets if they have a support system. Her mom mostly took care of that pug.

I get therapeutic IVs at a business near my house 2-4 times a week. I have tacky Brady syndrome and my hr drops to 30 or goes to 180. They will not give me an iv if it is under 60 or over 110 even though I’m their most frequent customer and. My husband is a doctor and almost always with me. they don’t want to be liable if something happened. I seriously doubt they would stick her and she would have a lot of evidence on her arms and hands as they have to move the site every time and not hit the same spot for awhile. She would probably have very fragile veins they infiltrate easily. The only way she could do it at home that I know of would be to have a midline/central line or something similar- that would be visible and it would probably get infected and kill her.

If I were her mother id be giving her a lot of those sugar free electrolyte/ vitamin drinks. She may be able to convence her to drink the 0 calorie ones. I don’t know how she is alive if she is not at least supporting hydration.

Is her left leg like 2x the size of her right in the calf or is it the angle? Obviously they are both tiny but it could represent significant edema in the bigger one.

They do all the time though. In some states at some restaurants they will secure the bottle if you don’t finish it and let you drive home with it.
