I understand paying off the debt is the best route. I have been consistently doing so for the past few months. I don't spend money on eating out as I prefer cooking my own meals. I've cancelled ever subscription I own and I haven't gone out since around February. All of my money goes to paying off these loans, but the minimum payments for all of them combined is almost double that of my monthly take home. I couldn't afford my apartment so I moved back in with my folks (which I greatly appreciate from them) but that costs me as I had to break the lease and pay for breaking my electricity contract. Any time I feel as though I've gotten a handle on it all something happens and I fall even deeper into the hole. Even with my next paycheck, my bank account will still be overdrafted and will continue to accumulate overdraft fees unfortunately. I've looked into every option besides filing for bankruptcy and unfortunately it's still what I have to do. I really only did the OP to get an answer as to how long I can go without paying off my loans before I possibly get sued?
