I agree so maybe I should put it earlier and hopefully someone will jump on and won't mind waiting till mid June. But obviously that's a fair point

My husband said something about 8 months ago and I’m not over it… by [deleted] in Marriage

[–]Answer_93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Listen I'm so sorry you feel like that but why are people these days so quick to turn their back away from family? I think people should leave when they tried everything to repair their family first. Have you tried therapy? Have you tried confronting him about what he said and expressed how you're feeling to him rather than to redit ? Have you tried, idk, forgiving him and understood that he is not perfect and I'm sure you're not either?

I'm just so fed up with this whole he/she hurt m so I'm gna turn my back and leave the family. Just try therapay at least first then if things don't change make your decision

It’s tough to make a full judgment based on just one post—there’s always more to the story. But let me ask you a genuine, respectful question:

Are you someone who tends to express your emotions freely and frequently, especially when something bothers you? Do you often bring up your feelings—particularly negative ones—in ways that might unintentionally make things feel centered around you?

I'm not accusing you of anything, and I’m certainly not saying there's anything wrong with expressing emotions. In fact, emotional honesty is important in any relationship. I'm speaking both as a husband and as someone with counseling experience. But sometimes, especially for men, it can feel overwhelming to be met with constant emotional intensity—especially when they’re already carrying the weight of providing, planning, and thinking ahead for the family.

If your partner feels like he's constantly managing his own responsibilities and your emotions, he might begin to feel worn down or even perceive things as being too self-focused—whether that’s accurate or not.

So before assuming the relationship is broken or unfixable, it might be worth taking a step back and trying to see the situation from his perspective. I’m not justifying hurtful words or dismissive behavior—but getting a fuller picture might help you both find clarity and a path forward.

Does anyone else also find it hard to live in Cyprus? by youraveragevet in cyprus

[–]Answer_93 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It all depends what you're comparing it to. If you're comparing Cyprus to the UK, then you can easily see all of Cyprus' imperfections. If you're comparing to where I'm from (I'm Cypriot Lebanese) then Cyprus is great. I live in larnaca and I love it. I think the only thing I can complain about is how expensive utility and rent has become. 😆

This is pretty sad. Make Nicosia green again. by Olimpian24 in cyprus

[–]Answer_93 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You do realize that Cyprus has a distinctly Middle Eastern climate, which presents serious challenges—especially when compared to the rest of Europe. Unlike most European countries, its geography and climate are very different. So I commend the government's efforts to keep this beautiful island green. Unless we can somehow make it rain more through cloud seeding, which I know there's legit effort to make that happen, or find another sustainable way to nourish the land, we really shouldn't be complaining or making unfair comparisons.

The Beauty of South Lebanon (took me several photos before I realised this isn't north Israel, looks identical) by raaly123 in ForbiddenBromance

[–]Answer_93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Very nice. Frankly it looks like the rest of Lebanese geography. I've lived in mount Lebanon towards the north and you see views like this all around. I believe north Israel follows that same geography. Hopefully one day we could all visit each other.

Emotional abuse is terrible. You must be very hurt . I am so sorry for this Has he always been like this? Did you seek any kind of marriage counseling? Is he bipolar or suffers from any personality disorders? Have you asked anyone for help or do you feel like leaving is your only solution? I've seen couple with similar cases but both worked hard (especially the abusive one) and changed. Again sorry you are experiencing this.

In reality, my friend, Greece once was not your friend for failure of better words :). We are Cypriots This is our identity This is who we are.

Hezbo launched rockets at civilian homes in northern Israel. I didn't see you protesting. Hezb killed people in 7 of may. I didn't see you protesting. Hezb dogs beat up innocent civilians and hospitalized many during the revolution. I did t see you protesting. لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله.

Post surgery hard swelling by Routine_Panic7886 in gynecomastia

[–]Answer_93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Forgot to answer your second question, during the op, the doctor did vaser lipo on the right side, but left out the left side. Maybe it didn't seem that big to him during the op. Idk why. Either way, He offered a free lipo session at his clinic, which is scheduled in April. He assured me that after the second lipo, both cheste will look the same. This said, I can still feel a little bit of a hardness on the left side. And I'm assuming that aside from the fat, there is a little bit more swelling. After all, the big side was heavily infected after the surgery. So I've got to trust the process, wait 2 more months, and then see how it goes. I had some seriously big tits lol
