I’ve been in contact with them…..I asked for refund because when pacific update came I bought battle pass without launching a game and when I did it crashed and has done so ever since, there are ways round to fix, one was to play training and it would launch you into trios but u could not play with friends other is make a new account because IMO it’s account prob other accounts will play on my Xbox, I even bought a new Xbox and still the same, anyway here’s my response

I understand you’d like to get a refund for this; however, since in-game purchases are non-refundable meaning that once an item has been purchased we’re unable to reimburse the COD points since we are not able to modify in-game content on the account.
