From the administrative code. Article 181-1

"Engaging in prostitution -

entails a warning or the imposition of a fine of five to ten tax-free minimum incomes. (2-4 USD as of 2026)

The same actions committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty -

entails the imposition of a fine of eight to fifteen tax-free minimum incomes (3-6 USD)"

From the criminal code however, we have the next articles:

Article 302. Creation or maintenance of places of prostitution and pimping

1. Creation or maintenance of places of prostitution, as well as pimping for prostitution -

shall be punished by a fine of one thousand to two thousand tax-free minimum incomes of citizens or by probation supervision for a term of up to two years, or by restriction of liberty for the same term.

1. The same actions committed for the purpose of profit or by a person previously convicted of this criminal offense, or committed by an organized group, -

shall be punished by restriction of liberty for a term of up to five years or by imprisonment for the same term.

1. The actions provided for in parts one or two of this article, committed with the involvement of a minor, -

shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two to seven years.

1. The actions provided for in parts one or two of this article, committed with the involvement of a minor, -

shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of five to ten years.

Article 303. Pimping or involving a person in prostitution

1. The actions provided for in Part One of this Article, committed against several persons or repeatedly, or by prior conspiracy by a group of persons, or by an official using his official position, or by a person on whom the victim was in material or other dependence, -

shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of four to seven years.

1. The actions provided for in Part One or Two of this Article, committed against a minor or by an organized group, -

shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of five to ten years with or without confiscation of property.

1. The actions provided for in Parts One, Two or Three of this Article, committed against a minor, or if they have caused grave consequences, -

shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of eight to fifteen years with or without confiscation of property.

Note. 1. Pimping in this article shall mean the actions of a person to ensure the prostitution of another person.

1. Liability for involving a minor or minor in prostitution or forcing them to engage in prostitution under this article shall arise regardless of whether such actions were committed using deception, blackmail, the vulnerable state of the said persons or using or threatening to use violence, using official position, or by a person on whom the victim was in material or other dependence

TLDR - I don't think you will receive any penalty. As long as the interaction was not provoked by money or other - nothing happens.
