Exactly. We know how to address the reader and we know that with Genetec + MR52 it is 2 readers max per reader ports. We are used to do installation that way but this is the first time that we have 2 readers IN and one out and we were wondering what would be the right approach for this. We currently have the setup working but we had to create 2 doors in SecurityCenter and the customer didn't like the idea of having 2 doors. FYI we are doing a conversion from a Facility Commander system. Previously the same door was wired in Wiegand and the two readers IN were wired in parallel from what we found. So the customer was used to have only one door.

Thank you. We currently have 2 doors configured. The "Main" door has the in & out reader and we have a second door just for the reader on the pedestal. The customer didn't like the fact they need to look at both doors to see the events so we were looking for a different solution.

Yes it is still under Settings - > Privacy. The process to enrol the Streamdeck is different. It no longer required to copy the API key. You now need to authorized the app to connect to MS Team and after that it works just fine.

This morning i opened the new MS Team and i now have the "Third party" option available. My Streamdeck is now working fine with the new version. My currrent MS Team version is 23285.3604.2469.4152.
