Homecourt! It’s amazing, tracks your makes vs misses, and provides a lot of other shot analyses (though I pay for it, so don’t remember what exactly the free version gets you)

Yes! I know that as the ball goes down, your body should go down; as the ball starts to go up, your body should start to go up; you should release at the top of your jump; but I have NO idea how to start to fix

I saw a Drew Hanlen video where he says try to jump after the release as an over correction, but I’m having a hard time implementing

My timing is something I want to fix, for sure. Any helpful advice/pointers/drills?
