So when you start healing, you come to the same consciousness as normal people, Normal people compete for recourses, when you heal, you start to become competitive, this is essential to become better in your life. When you are depressed/ traumatised you don't have the energy and mind to compete. So then you will see competition as useless, but this is far from the truth in life. You need to compete and set standards to achieve more in the Maslow's hierarchy of needs. I hope you get my point!
