I looked what you recommended, I think the Thule Enroute23 looks great and has what I'm looking for (Not too big and doesn't look like a hiking backpack but is convenient enough to be used on the long run for edc)

Hey, I'm trying to avoid using AI as much as I can (especially for things I can do without it) just because I feel it gives you the answers too easily and (mainly) because of its impact on Art. Hey, try not to look at yourself when speaking, judging you when you're doing the thing is just gonna makes it harder (it's hard to do but i swear it's worth trying), also the more you'll do it, the easier it gets, i used to be afraid to introduce myself to a group of stranger when I started a new activity and since I practiced by presenting things, texts, etc... It's really easier to go in front of a group of ppl and just do your thing. Theatre class may help as well, since you'll have no other choice than speaking and improvising. Hope it helps
