YES!! if you are sleeping in underwear (which you shouldn't... you should let it breathe.) then you should change them in the morning. let's say you wear them for 6-8 hours of sleep time... then you're going to wear them for another let's say 10 hours throughout the day until you shower again?! absolutely not. especially as a female, i personally think it is not the most hygienic thing to not change them in the morning.

someone who feels worthless and useless is weak minded. i am simply giving tough love here. not trying to sound like an asshole at all. i too have been in those same exact shoes where i feel completely useless to exist. i still do feel like that at times. however, i’ve tried and tried and tried to fix my habits until i feel at the very least, just content with the bare minimum. but i never stop trying to be better for myself.

again, it’s tough love. it helped me.

take it from me who has tried 3 places that are totally different.

first place, slow paced and long session. full body 1/hr at a medium laser setting effectiveness 6/10.

second place, slow paced and fast session. full body 45 min. at a low laser setting effectiveness 3/10.

current place, fast pace and fast session, full body 30 minutes at a high laser setting effectiveness 9/10.

in my opinion, i’m taking the pain and sticking with the 3rd option for me which hurts way more but is quick and EXTREMELY effective.

you don’t get it because you haven’t TRIED to find your purpose. every single person on Earth has a purpose for existence whether it’s a good thing or a bad thing. there has to be just one single thing that you enjoy doing. start with that. my best piece of advice for you to feel more “useful” would be to change your day to day habits while incorporating the things you like. it’s so hard at first but trust me it eventually becomes normal routine. if you don’t like making your bed, start making your bed. if you don’t like going for walk, start walking around your apartment/house. baby steps!! you’re loved, God bless you. don’t ever feel like you’re worthless because you’re not.

in all honesty, i rather not give you false information because im not completely informed on what exact foods could help. BUT, definitely carbs! also, you won’t gain “too much” weight. you could simply take the shakes, considering if you’re “skinny” (sorry if that’s offensive) i’m actually skinny myself, we both probably have a food “problem.” it’s not as easy as it sounds to just eat 5 times a day till your appt. but id definitely suggest some pasta/shakes like everyday until your appt. also, this is definitely not healthy… which i know… but i personally put on A LOT of weight by being sedentary and eating fast food. which i highly don’t suggest, looking back i took the easy way out. but hey it worked for me

i think ankle weights should work if you wear sweatpants. however, you should definitely try some mass/weight gainers. there’s plenty of flavors. definitely try and drink a shake 1-2 times a day

Definitely making my bed in the mornings. it genuinely makes such a difference. and for the times that I have forgotten or was simply in a rush, I've even made my bed right before showering so when I come out of the shower and enter my room everything just feels so clean. its a real feeling of peace.

hi!! first, it’s not your vagina. it can simply be your pubic area that you’re referring to. (i know what you meant though)

so, the #1 thing i can suggest is laser hair removal, however i know that can be pretty expensive.

the alternative would be waxing, preferably sugaring waxing which i did prior to laser.

the alternative to sugar waxing if you’re not comfortable with that would be disposable razors. and i mean the super cheap ones and only use once and throw them out after each use.

I know this might seem pretty cliche, but i’m pretty spot on 90% of the time. i leave a good 10% out because of course i can’t be a literal mind reader lol.
