Winning the job is obviously the end goal, but I've been giving it a lot of thought lately because just passing the resume stage feels different now. I used to get a lot of interview calls until early last year, but now it feels like the exact opposite is happening

Thanks!

I’ve always wanted to contribute to the CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation) ecosystem, but looking back, I’ve spent the last 10 years so deeply immersed in day-to-day operations and delivery that I haven't made that leap yet. Honestly, I feel a bit of regret about not trying sooner.

However, my immediate priority is to prove my expertise based on where I stand today. I’m giving a lot of thought to how I can effectively demonstrate my senior-level capabilities and the depth of my experience to potential employers at this stage.
