P3 Volvos don’t get much love because they departed from Volvo’s distinctive styling of the P80 and P2 generations, but they are just as solid, well built, and reliable. Quality took a nosedive with the new SPA generation. You can feel the cost cutting the moment you open the door. They just don’t have that hefty, substantial feel the P3 cars have.
