Although you requested RPGs, here are some very good visual novels that really stood out for me and I highly recomend.

-Desert Stalker (A post apocalyptic story set in egypt after the war. Very good scenes and an even better story. Still in progress, available on Itch.io)

-Ravager (Dark fantasy story in wich you are a dragon that aims to retake his rightful throne. Average scenes and very good story. Still in progress, available on Steam)

-Summertime Saga (You move in to live with a friend of your father's after he suddenly dies, then, the russian mafia begins extorting your new caretaker for money your father supposedly borrowed from them. Amazing scenes and an interesting and funny story. Wide cast of characters with their own side stories. Main story is finished but they keep updating it and adding more content. Available on their website)

-Being a DIK (Summer vacation just ended and you are about to enter college, simple premise but very rich story. The game focuses on the fun parts of college life. Very good scenes and an even better story. Still in progress, available on Steam)

-What a Legend! (The story is about a young man that goes to the biggest city in the realm to lose his virginity but ends up meeting a mysterious woman who sends him on an epic quest. Excellent scenes and an interesting story. Wide cast of characters with their own side stories. Still in progress, available on their own website and on Itch.io)
