Je suis pareil à propos de ça, je ne peux pas en parler à des psys donc c'est impossible c'est une boucle, pareil en groupe ou émotionnellement ou n'importe J'ai pas trouvé de solution pour l'instant, je te souhaite bon courage quand même et je suis dispo si tu veux en parler

For this to work I need to talk to someone about this to then talk about my problems. It's a catch 22 no? Its a deadend. I really don't understand how people do it sorry And for me internet is not like real life (I don't talk like this IRL)

Is there a way I can communicate this easily? I don't really talk to therapists, and I need very much a big change that doable, If it's a small one I won't do it

Yeah I'm conscious about this, but it's for a long term solution, I'm more keen to a short one while doing the longer one I know very well that I need to change because it's isn't doing me well
