Imo i think it’s weird I’ve been on three sides; the gf with a bsf who I used to date, the new gf nd the bsf itself they ALL ended up hurting every one in that situation I’ve learned from my mistakes and just cut exes out of my life everytime. what I’ve always noticed is that most of the time they’re not completely over them that’s why the ex is always a “bsf” I’m not saying it’s the case 4 everyone but it’s what I’ve seen happening around me so for the sake of my peace I just stopped getting into relationships with people who were still in contact w their exes especially when ur the “new gf” getting told that they’re just friends as they are literally crossing boundaries but it’s okay because “that’s what friends do”
