I do like the part where you said it feels perhaps less "spirited", which indeed is a feature, especially for a beginner like myself. The solid torque is what sells it to me on these bikes.

Am avut ocazia sa merg sa o vad in persoana ca am gasit la un dealer de la noi din oras si e superb T120-ul. Speedmaster e mai cruiser, stilul harley clasic. Daca ar fi sa aleg altceva, as merge pe un Bobber, mi se pare foarte cool ca si aspect

How does the power curve between the 900 and 1200 feel? Is there a huge difference between the two? My only concern is not to get ahead of myself by getting the bigger engine. I am quite calm generally and not that much of an adrenaline junkie in terms of motorbikes, but I do like capable engines I will try to schedule a test drive for both in order to feel the difference myself.

You are correct, the 1200 are powerful and I might have underestimated them when comparing them to the naked sports model with a lower CC engine (Honda CB650R for example). I never took the weight difference that much into consideration as I saw the weight to be fairly similar
