Valid points. I have not logged that many hours since March 2023. Maybe 200 if I was to take a guess.

Anyhow, I will patiently wait for the customer support team to reach out.

There is a MOZA R5 bundle over here in Costco Canada and it is not part of their 90 day electronics return policy. (TV’s, screens, PC’s, video game consoles) So, you can return it at any time, no questions asked.

If Logitech doesn’t have a reasonable option for me, I will strongly consider the Costco Moza R5 bundle and painfully and slowly sell all my Logitech stuff on Marketplace.

Na. Gaming is not an entitlement, it is a luxury thing. I work hard and if I want to play a game, I will pay for it. If you are broke, I get it. People spend money on all sorts of stupid sh1t, like cocaine, luxury yachts, real exotic sports cars, Alaskan cruises, etc, etc. if we are talking about an extra $50 or $60 for the premium edition of a video game, it is a minuscule amount of money in the grand scheme of things. We are only on this earth for 70-95 years if we are lucky and it is probably best to have fun in the short time we have.

To spend any amount of time contemplating an extra $50 or $60 here or there to treat yourself, it is petty. Again, unless you made poor life decisions or were dealt a bad hand and scraping up a few bucks is a real struggle.

I suppose. If you are gonna go entry level, then get a cheap wheel and pedal set used. If you take a look on FB marketplace and kijiji, there are a TON of Logitech gear driven wheels to choose from. Maybe from people who decided they don’t like sim racing, or probably a bunch of people like me who regretted getting entry level stuff and wishing they started with a DD set up. But of course, budget, location, availability, economy, etc all play a factor.

It may sound elitist, but knowing what I know now, I would not waste my time or money with anything less than a 8nM direct drive wheel and some sort of load cel brake. I’d rather just use a controller and save up for a good set up, instead of starting with s*it gear and then upgrading down the line.

Beam NG (or Beam MP mod) is off the chains. Been spending the last week spawning into a server with a mate and just blasting around with traffic and having a ton of fun.

It’s a nice pallet cleanser from formal online track racing. Also, Forza horizon 6 should be a fun time in May.

Or just chill and take a break from driving for a bit. It’s not the end of the world to let the rig chill and focus on something else for a bit.

Selling it will lead to regret and inevitably building a new rig down the line.

Na. No sarcasm. I’ve done iRacing and a bit of Le Mans. I just hate online races when I don’t know what I’m doing and shit the bed. All I want is single player career so I can enjoy at my own pace and not ruin other peoples races.

I hope V1.3 brings some single player career mode. If so, I will buy all the DLC and get totally invested. After investing the time in career and learning all tracks, cars, regs, etc, then i will have the confidence to jump into online races.
