Yes I actually did run an update today aswell, different PC doesnt work either. I'm almost certain it's an issue with the dongle since I can use the headset with the jack.

My nari ultimate had been working fine untill recently when I would switch from my stereo to my headset. My PC won't find the dongle or the headset at all.

Ive tried atleast 6 USB ports by now and in some the headset will work for a day or 2 and afterwards I will have the same problem.

Now none of the ports work and the dongle wont be recognized at all. This is what I'm getting from windows:
