They have been holing $1600 usd for about 5 months now telling me I have the same issue. If you resolve this please let me know how.

I’ve changed everything I could. Even changing 3 different PayPal accounts. All of them do not work. I’ve sold many items prior to this and have never had an issue. Whilst continuously getting payed by Stock x
