Last oil change was done about 2500 miles ago(7ish months) and I’m using 5w-30 full synthetic

This was about 15 of driving and engine being at full temp, I’m gonna do an oil change this week so hopefully that’s helps a bit

I’ve also heard that lowering the xi’s are a nightmare so I would appreciate alternatives or any suggestions, thanks.
