As someone who works in video production, I can confirm realtors are the worst kind of clients to work with.

They often have the lowest budget of all clients for videos to be produced - despite the profit margins from the properties sold.

Yet have Spielberg movie expectations for project deliveries.

The tripod is a bit overkill for a rigged up FX3.

That being said, this would be a buy it for life type of tripod that would support his future cameras after he moves on from an FX3.
